Welcome to "What's New in Adel"

Welcome to the City of Adel's new webpage! This is your one-stop spot for everything new and exciting in our City! The City's website offers a variety of information and services, but this webpage is different.  We're going to be focusing on new businesses in Adel, new development activity in the area, and new services/procedures. For example, did you know that a few new businesses in downtown Adel have recently opened?  Or that Adel Kiwanis Club recently donated a new basketball court in Evans Park? You'll find news like that and more right here!

The City needs your help to keep this page updated! Please let us know what's new in Adel by sending an email to We want to know what's going on in your neighborhoods. If you know of a new business or service, let us know! Any big events in our schools? How about a new housing development? If you think something is new in Adel and is newsworthy, please let us know!

Please check back in the coming weeks for more updates!

The City of Adel is excited to debut a new webpage devoted to housing opportunities in Adel. We've included apartment rental information, realty companies, and retirement or low-income housing contacts. Please click here to view the City's new webpage. You can also access the Housing webpage by clicking on Area Resources on the sidebar and then Housing.
