Mosquito Spraying

The City of Adel is scheduled to spray for mosquitoes during the evening of Wednesday, July 1st.

• Depending on the weather, the spraying will begin that night between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. and should last several hours.
• The wind and the temperature may affect the spraying decisions (e.g., whether the sprayer drives directly past a house or just in the general area, whether the spraying occurs once in an area or multiple times, etc.)

If the weather is a factor, the spraying will be postponed until the evening of Thursday, July 2nd.
