PROPOSED Utility Rate Increase

JULY 1^st, 2023, PROPOSED UTILITY RATE INCREASES:

New rates will be assessed on the bill due July 20^th (usage from May 20^th – June 20^th).

• Water: Minimum Monthly Charge (2,000 gallons): $32.84

$16.42 per 1,000 gallons

• Sewer: Minimum Monthly Charge (2,000 gallons): $31.08

$15.54 per 1,000 gallons

Storm Water, Garbage & Recycling rates will NOT change at this time.
